ADT and Link Interactive receive excellent reviews for service and installation. Even though Link is DIY, the videos, chat and telephone support services compare favorably with ADT’s professional installations and service.

The ADT and Link Interactive monitoring centers are licensed and have sufficient backup systems in the event of a catastrophic failure. They are also staffed with appropriately trained personnel.

The free smartphone apps provided by the company allows you to manage the system remotely if you opt for one of the mid to high end packages.

Any Z-Wave product will work with either system.
