Each company sells you pre-configured items that homeowners must install themselves. You can purchase them through their respective websites. You can also purchase the GE sensors used by SimpliSafe from any authorized GE reseller, including Amazon.

Service related to components or installation problems is done by both companies through videos, online chat and service lines. Neither has a dealer network and if you cannot solve your problem using their remote resources, you must find someone locally who has the technical competency to repair sensors, monitors and control panels.
